我尝试了所有我能想到的。 甚至Google也没有提供答案。 我已经删除了不相关的代码，如UITableViewDataSource-和UITableViewDelegate方法来澄清。 没有涉及nibs，我的appDelegate做的唯一事情是启动TBMTableViewController并将其设置为rootViewController。

这原来是我的一个非常愚蠢的错误。 当我删除行时，我最终得到了一切工作：
[tableView setTranslatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints:NO];
和
[headerView setTranslatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints:NO];
我在同一个viewcontroller中使用了viewWillLayoutSubviews和viewDidLayoutSubviews ，在使用单个viewWillLayoutSubviews进行pipe理之后，它为我工作。
