UINavigationBar – 更改UIBarButtonItem位置

我不认为你有能力移动UIBarButtonItem但你可以通过将UIView元素作为子视图添加到navigationBar（或navItem ）来实现相同的效果。 你需要稍微玩一下。 它应该允许更多的灵活性。
