使用后端错误代码：-32099的某些用户在100％进度后，Youtubevideo上传失败

我在我的应用中使用google api的objective-C客户端添加了youtube api v3，以便将video上传到youtube。 该应用的测试人员（在不同国家/地区）报告他们无法将video上传到YouTube。 在后端错误达到100％进度后，video上传失败。 我在印度最终没有遇到这个问题。 测试人员还确认，使用youtube ios应用程序或其他应用程序上传时，YouTubevideo上传工作正常。 他们还尝试从多个帐户上传video，但效果相同。
